Cancellation Fee

As a reminder, the cancellation fee for all events is as follows:

• Four Months prior

  4 months or more before the meeting/event, 100% refund

• Three-to-Four Months prior

  Less than 4 months to 3 months before, 50% refund

• Two-to-Three Months prior

  Less that 3 months to 2 months before, 25% refund

• Two Months or less prior

  Less than 2 months before the meeting/event, 0% refund
